An Overview of Our Hiring Process
Interested in joining iRobot? Apply to a position that best fits your skillset. If your resume is a match for one of our current opportunities, a talent advisor will reach out and provide insight into our company, products and culture. If your background and skills seem like a good fit, we will share your information with the Hiring Manager.
The hiring manager will take you through a deeper dive into the opportunity you expressed interest in and qualify your skillset to their team’s needs. In addition to this conversation, technical roles may have an assessment to validate your coding capabilities and technical best practices/approach.
The panel interviews will help you learn more about the team members you will collaborate with and the projects you will contribute to.
A talent advisor will contact you to deliver the positive news. Once your formal offer to join iRobot is ready for review, you will be able to log into your online application and e-sign to become an iRoboteer!
